Amunet seems to have a very good memory. She never forgets a face. And to think she almost had the Flash in the palm of her hand...

Here’s this crazy theory I have: with Purity and Pestilence dead, Reign not only inherits their powers. She becomes Blight. It’s like when the Green Goblin merges the formula that made him with the Carnage Symbiote:

I remember. Another difference is that Diaz had orchestrated Oliver’s trial for months, putting his fingers into every part of the justice system.

Like mother, like son: on trial and then free to go. Major difference is that this episode’s trial was bought and paid for. And it nearly worked. Can’t help but think of Al Capone’s tax evasion trial.

One of the most interesting aspects in this episode is the different sets of heroes working in tandem. They may not be on the same time anymore, but they’re still on the same side. Besides, it’s the first step towards reconciliation.

Carrie the Musical? More like The Phantom of the Opera. ;)

That was quite the episode. We not only get to see Ra’s go from Skeletor back to Keldor, but Selina attempting what appears to be a score with Bruce at the end; “one night off” was a major hint. ;)

In this episode, we have Diaz and Not-Laurel serving as the show’s Darth Maul and Savage Opress. Their move on the Quadrant brings me back to the Sith brothers’ temporary alliance with Death Watch, which inevitably places both the main villain of their respective stories in charge.

Gotta say, I’m truly impressed by the writers’ ability to make DeVoe near-unstoppable. I gave off every evil laugh conceivable while watching him outwit our heroes. And the way he took hijacked Ralph’s body as well as his memories, which gave him a number of edges? All the more satisfying...

I believe I see a bit of Darth Vader in Jenn, if not Darth Sidious. She just needs someone to teach her on how to use the dark side of the Force... And the look on her face as Gambi called Anissa, not her, the “strongest of us” suggests jealousy and resentment.

Last time I saw a talking, disembodied head was on The Godthumb:

Well, who’d have thought Sheldon’s mom would be playing Winn’s mom? I could detect something of a Texas accent. LOL

I’m reminded of certain elements from the 1989 Batman movie in this movie. You can probably guess which. Ah, good old nostalgia.

True enough.

Spidey fans united! LOL

I gotta tell ya, Tobias is certainly the master of treachery. First he kills and usurps Lady Eve. Now he’s gonna do the same with Proctor. It’s the perfect coup d’état.

I recognized the 1812 Overture being whistled by Null. It’s like she was waiting for the cannon fire to commence when the crate crashed. Pretty ingenious, isn’t it?

I didn’t know that!

Why Beebo? Why couldn’t it have been Yoda instead? Or a least a pug puppy??? The big, bad demon would’ve been vanquished by the smallest of creatures. XD

Ah, the theater. Brings me back to my high school days. I did the voice of Audrey II in Little Shop of Horrors on my senior year:
