When I saw a preview of this episode, I felt as if Diaz was using Roy Harper as bait; bait that Thea is all too eager to bite. Torture the boy she loves and she’ll come running. I imagined this being like The Empire Strikes Back, with Thea filling the role of Luke and Diaz, Vader.

It’s plausible.

Too late, Anissa learns that with great knowledge comes great responsibility. I thought for sure she was gonna give in to despair and quit being the hero. Guess that’s not the case. No point in turning back.

I wonder why Wally didn’t grab Amaya’s totem from Nora as well as the Fire Totem... Slipped his mind, maybe? Or was it too risky to enrage a Darhk even further in one day?

I gotta tell ya: Liv was a total Scrooge this episode. As the brain wears off, it’s like she went through all the Ghosts of Christmas at once.

Can you really blame Barry? Being in prison for weeks, coupled with being rendered helpless as DeVoe killed everyone around him? You can imagine how desperate he is to get ahead.
