It's taken me a bit of time, but I'm finally at the point with Halo: Reach where I can truly rage again.

Are we talking Wii sales or Wii game sales?
@brentil: I've also read that there is the potential for improved battery life, since 2 cores running at less than 100% capacity is less taxing than one core running at full capacity. Is that true? You seem like you know what you're talking about.
@Platypus Man: I would like to think that this would have been explained during the course of the experiment.
Can't believe no one has posted this yet:
There's always that aspect of 'testing the boundaries' for me, but for me, the idea of immersion kind of encompasses the whole game - including the menus, game mechanics, and everything.
@prufrocker: Well it's not like we're talking about actual violence here. The article mentions people playfully punching each other in a game that both participants partake in willingly. I wouldn't exactly draw a line between that and mankind's overall problems with violence.
@WhatTheFrag: Well I guess I'm just talking having one or two drinks to get a pleasant buzz. Not 4 or 5.
@FrankN.Stein: Are you a kindergarten teacher or something? Lighten up.
@casperiv: We always put tape over the bottom of optical mice.
@WhatTheFrag: Sounds like a pretty good reason to drink to me..
That 'slideshow' effect in the gallery is included in Froyo as well.
@bender123: Agreed. I even watched it on my normal TV and it looks about as good as the true '3D' TVs.
@Dusty Duster: So that's why the image seems to 'flash' when I use the glasses at Best Buy/other electronics stores?
I still don't get the 3D craze. Theaters is one thing, but at home, it's even more pointless. I've tried those demo units with the expensive glasses - the TVs and the computers, and it just looks like crap.
@synchronicityii: That one is a hell of a lot funnier than the Sonic.
My wife is kind of a 'lapsed' gamer, I guess. She grew up playing lots of Donkey Kong Country on SNES and various Mario Kart incarnations, and was always a good sport playing Halo at all the Halo parties we'd have when we were dating.
@ZaxxonQ.com: Oh my god I can't stop laughing at this
When I saw the video for this on Engadget, I thought for sure it was just a spruced up presentation - an exaggeration of what it could do. I didn't realize it did all of this in real time. Pretty awesome.
@MifuneT: Agreed.
