1st gen NSX (3.0 and 3.2) sounded amazing.

There’s no pleasant lines; nothing you can call “beautiful.” This doesn’t communicate graceful agility and precision as much as it does technical brutalism.

I wonder the size compared to original?

My thought as well. I LOVE the look of it, but I just don’t think I can stomach driving a 7,000 pound vehicle.

Lots of 80s era cars where AC was not standard had switches like that. EF hondas/CRXes for example, the AC on/off button is in the bottom right of the climate controls. The temp dial determines the blend of air through the heater core vs AC evaporator, the button determines whether the AC compressor runs. On non-AC

And that was before Elon’s plan to add 30k of additional pieces of space junk.

Don’t forget the WALL-E Movie as well.

so true. i see couples waiting in line for an hour. then taxi/rideshare rolls up. they put their bags in the car & hug for 20 minutes - holding up the line.

Gee, I wonder how that will play out?

We had a 2021 228i, it lasted for almost a year before we sold it.

No, not really.

“I Need An AWD Executive Sedan”

They don’t use up the battery first and then switch to gas. My Kia Niro PHEV is constantly turning the engine on and off. If you use the gas on a hill it turns on. If you want to pass anyone on a normal 4 lane road, it turns on. God forbid you are in a rural area with twisty roads, it’s like playing with a light

Yeah the view from the front is less than flattering...

I’m lazy I prefer flap disks and its electric so therefore eco friendly

Pfft:

I think part of it is color hue. The older cars used generally warmer colors. Personally, I love me some beige interior, but it is getting increasing hard to find. Except for the Lexus LC500 which has an absolutely gorgeously warm interior. Take a look at it and see if that strikes the “comforting interior” bell.

White knight or in this case black knight syndrome or whatever you'd call wanting to send a message to people who make you look bad with your peers. Some may say race traitor but that's primarily an Aryan thing and I'm not hep to the lingo.

Around me they are universally driven slowly by cryptkeepers in Navy caps with inappropriately young third wives. And only to Cars & Coffee and Covette meets. In God’s Waiting Room, FL, there are MANY Corvettes seen sitting in garages, yet relatively few actually on the streets.

How big is Ft. Bragg though. It’s not like say, Maricopa Co. Sherrif Dept, where the county is bigger than 7 or 8 of those teeny tiny East Coast States.
