Contrarywise, I’d love to see David Lynch take a crack at some crazy ass part of the Star Wars universe, because I love his take on Dune.

I may be in the minority here but, personally, I think that at this point in time there are nearly as many “good” Rian Johnson movies as there are “good” Ridley Scott movies. I’m genuinely curious to see what he does with this new trilogy.

My dream Star Wars director would be Denis Villeneuve. Although I’m torn because I don’t want anything stopping him doing Dune!

And yet somehow Rogue One has become my second favorite Star Wars film. I think WB needs to consider romancing Tony Gilroy to fix up some of their work because while Rogue One DEFINITELY had its hiccups, the final product was entertaining.

I mean, Disney got Ron Howard to finish up the Solo movie, so I think they’ve got the “experienced” part down.
