The fact the sentence “No, it’s not” does not contain any information is what makes it a generalization, genius.

Thank you.
You didn’t link me to anything. Elmasticator just pointed out how wrong your argument was above and you agreed you were wrong because you’re obviously wrong.
I don’t think anyone questions either of those things. You can argue that they didn’t want their plans being published, but Democrats don’t do that either, do they?
Black buying power has increased relative to what? To what it was in pre-1963? Probably. Since 1983? I don’t think so.
The Democrats may have diverted more funds towards national elections but they did that because they knew that they were screwed at the local level no matter how much money they dumped into it.
If you’re a Democrat, you better hope that you’re wrong.
True. Luck plays a part but if they didn’t have control of the legislature to begin with then it wouldn’t matter.
No, they both do it well. When I said that the GOP was more successful at it I meant that they have control over more state houses and hence get to do it more often than Democrats. But they both gerrymander in the same fashion using the same tools.
Yes, if overall GDP is the same or grows minimally, then economic growth is a zero-sum game. American GDP growth has been up and down more than usual following the 2008 housing crisis, but even when it’s been up blacks have not seen anywhere near the gains of every other ethnic group.
No, I don’t think people’s feelings were hurt. I think that swing voters do what they generally always do - vote for the candidate that best suits them at the time. Trump specifically sought out the votes of “blue collar workers” and tried to appeal to them. Hillary did not. That’s why they voted Trump.
“No it’s not” is indeed a generalized statement. You’re even most dense than the pal you’re white-knighting for.
Step 1: Winning the state legislature to begin with.
Neither has to be qualified. They don’t have a cabinet position. He’s free to get advice from whomever he wishes. The idea that Ivanka Trump is going to have access to the nuclear codes or something is ridiculous.
No kidding.
Their situation IS deteriorating. If we all share the same economic pie, and your pie shrinks, you’re condition is by definition deteriorating. You’re falling behind. Everyone else is seeing gains you are not seeing. As they advance, you recede. That’s deteriorating.
I don’t care if people hate Donald Trump. That’s not what we’re talking about.
Since I referenced the GOP and LIBERTARIANS - Not Republicans - I think it’s safe to say I know who I was referring to. You don’t. And, yes, the GOP and Libertarians have similar economic policy views and that’s precisely why I grouped them together. Jesus.
You can argue that Clinton “shouldn’t have been surprised” to be pulled to the left but she sure as Hell was surprised by it.
It’s impossible to conceal redistricting. It’s public record.
