I think that the GOP has been in “scorched earth” mode since 2008. The Democrats are way behind in that sense and, at this point, lack the numbers to effectively do much at all. 2016 was a MESS.

I think that he just avoids hard questions by not allowing “questionable” reporters to ask him anything. At some point, he refused to let some guy from CNN ask a question and just shut him down.

Danerys hasn’t done anything interesting in over a decade. In the last book, she put the damn dragons in a dungeon for no sane reason and moped around. Terrible. Or, as King Trump would say/tweet: #SAD!!!

I agree with you 100% but I’d argue that the last two books sucked. I actually liked this past season of the show WAAAAAAAYYYYYY more than the last two books. I’ll take HBO’s version and call it a day.
