I'd highly recommend a quad-core. The dual-core only might work well for BF3. The GTX 460 is already skimping on the performance (as opposed to a GTX 5xx). Going down to two cores with a game designed to run with dual core as the minimum is an unsafe bet.

There are, like Maingear ( [www.maingear.com] ) but they tend to charge a fee for the assembly. If you're really afraid of building your own PC, look around on the internet for a good site.
