DirectX 12 cards do not exist; DX12 has not yet been released. DX11 is the current release. When a new release of DirectX comes out, there are no consumer cards for it until the next generation. However, game developers use the new DX edition for a while before those cards are released (they get developer kits), so…

Well, for one, I didn't criticize MW2 for not having dedicated servers. Second, LAN really is a pretty obsolete part of PC gaming. The only thing LAN is really used for is multiplayer in pirated games.
