That will do just fine. As long as you have solid RAM, a decent motherboard, a current- or very last-gen card with a current-gen multicore processor, you should be okay to run BF3.

Jesus, man, who did you kill?

You don't have internet access?

Can they remake Fight Club with Bobby Kotick?

What does LOTR have to do with Bob Kotick or Mel Gibson?

Uh, Jonah Hill is in the movie, yes...but so is Bobby Kotick.

Where the hell do you live? Uttar Pradesh?

I laughed.

'Script kiddie' is a term used by hackers. It means a person who, instead of actually hacking, uses well-known methods to infiltrate an unprotected or poorly protected computer infrastructure. It doesn't refer to the actual use of scripted methods.

It just depends on how you see the controller.

Aliens land on Earth centuries after our extinction:

Well said.

Going to 4chan and going to /b/ are two different things. Related closely, but very...hauntingly different.

Explanation: they are not hackers. They are script kiddies.

I haven't heard whether or not it will be more GPU-intensive or CPU-intensive. I would guess GPU, seeing as it will be optimized for PC play, but I guess I'll just have to wait for the official specifications to know for sure.

The whole thing where, in multiplayer, you could play as 'USMC' or 'Taliban.'

The stunt did work well for Medal of Honor...maybe this time EA's putting on a slightly controversial show to gain attention, but without alienating some people like the MoH fiasco did.

1920x1080. It runs BFBC2 on all high settings and 4x AA at around 50fps, and that was an unoptimized console port. I'm not really going for maximum settings, but better than 'medium'. High settings, I suppose.

I'd like high settings, but not maximum or super-high. I figure I can overclock the 460 a bit and push it into the higher range of the settings. And, seeing as me and my roommates don't want to pay the oil company for our heating, we can probably use the extra warmth!
