When the aliens come and hover over our planet, we should get all the best Halo costumes and weapons props and have some cosplayers stand there under their ship. Just to make them think we have some super-advanced soldiers that they're never seen before.

@milanm: You are missing the multiplayer aspect. Halo's multiplayer is probably the best multiplayer I've ever played besides Counter-Strike: Source.

@nERVEcenter: They're not sailors. They're part of a space navy, which does not often involve sails or sailors. A 'marine' is a ship-based assault trooper. The SPARTANs are in the UNSC's Special Warfare branch. Thus they are special-status marines.
