Motorolla's android phones are all fugly. They need to take notice from Samsung or HTC.

Why does it make me an Apple fanboy just to make a comment about Metro? I was simply saying that the UI, to me, doesn't look like it will work as well as it does on a phone. Check out the murdered-off Courier, and you'll think Microsoft could've done better, too.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't get the point of Metro on a tablet. It's nice on WP7 because the screen is smaller and it makes everything easy to read and quick to use. But on a tablet, it's wasted space—especially on the app launching icons. And it's pretty well established that the classic Windows UI is a nightmare

Check out the samples on DPreview for the Sony a77. You'll see the problem with a 24-megapixel ASP-C sensor.

Every time Facebook changes one thing, people act like that's the last straw for them. Then, two days later, everybody's cool with it again. This is nothing compared to when the news feed was introduced. Soem dude tried to set fire to my dorm over it.

Ebert says pretty much the exact same thing to every movie in 3-D, save Avatar. Even then he talked about how much 3-D sucked before saying he liked it in that movie.

Apple would never do this. Then they would lose the royalties they get from accessory makers like Belkin who have to pay to use the patented 30-pin design.

I put up with a lot for T-Mo because of three things: the Nexus line, the cheaper prices and the customer service. If these three things stay, I'll stay. But if I all the sudden have to start paying $100 a month for 500 minutes and a capped data plan, I'm dropping and getting a Pay as you go SIM. Which,

So let me get this straight: do you "like" the iPad 2, or do you "like like" the iPad 2?

@blerk ever used google docs. It is pretty much exactly what you are describing, with added benefit of never having to save and being able to access files from any Internet connected device

Now playing

I won't rest untill they catch the original Pedobear.

D'OH!

I'm more concerned about how this might affect Pepsi Max. That stuff needs a maximum plant bottle with an maximum size acorn cap so it can hold in maximum max taste.

So wait, are we having dog fights? I'm calling Michael Vick to officiate.

I think when people call NPR "liberal" they mean liberals listen to it. I have listened to NPR daily for two years, and have not once felt a bias, liberal or otherwise. I guess if you consider NPR's reporters calling bullshit when someone is being bigoted towards muslims, gays or some other group liberal, then sure,
