Thanks everyone for your questions. I am really blown away by the level of interest. I'd love to do this again sometime soon for Jalopnik readers. We're actually doing to do some Twitter responses tomorrow on @NISMO. I'm off to grab some lunch before we're back on track soon. DC

Like an race car - or a spacecraft - packaging is all important. How do you get everything you need into the package, at the weight limit, performing together.

LM P1 is a great technology showcase - that is why ourselves, Porsche, Audi and Toyota are all involved. It really is the pinnacle of engineering in motorsport.

Connect on LinkedIn. It is important to have a diverse background - no matter what industry you are in.

We'd have to get Ben Bowlby on here but he is really busy right now.

The passion for the GT-R brand and and the owners dedication to improving what already is a great package. From back to R32 to today and beyond.

Check out Norbert Singer from Porsche's book.

It is a long hard road!

Currently sat looking at a load of Japanese engineers working on this project. Another load at the Nurburgring for GT3 this weekend and 160 back home in Yokohama. I am a brit - but we are defo Japanese!

No. Except my brother works there.

getting hands on experience as early as possible. Theory is all well and good but you need to actually do stuff to learn. Read books too! Not just Internet nonsense!

when its done lets do a 1/4 mile race?

1) answering so many questions? Thanks to the fan interest! Otherwise all the challanges of any new car programme.

YES YES and YES. Spec racing is killing innovation. Interesting to see the aero kits in INdy - perhaps the first time in 10 years for single seaters not to have a one aero kit outside of F1. Perhaps a little too late. Pikes Peak is mega from a rules point of view. As is LMP1.

thanks for your comments. It is working! I am at a test today and the car is performing well! On your first question please see Juke R for details! GT-R running gear in a Juke. You are welcome!

lets just say we have plenty in hand for 2016!

Mr 42CrMo4 you seem to know alot about Motorsport. Great questions.

Can you go and pick up lunch from the bakery mentioned above.

Bakery sounds like a great idea. We'll try not to crash into it in our rental cars!

In the middle of the re-test now. All good. Keep following us @NISMO for further updates.
