Fellow atheist here and I see it as such a clear picture of how people NEED to explain things and do so with ascribing religious meaning to things. I watch it and all I see is a bunch of people clamoring for meaning and clinging to thin religious theories. Seriously, it is very cool for my atheist/skeptic mind because

Seriously, I haven't liked a new sitcom in a very very long time, and this one is just killing it. It might be all my nostalgia, but whatever it is, it works.

I love how its the tiny kid yelling up at the gawky tall kid. The visual was just great.

I love how long it lasted and the camera work…I died. I love that they take these little musical vignettes just a *little* too far and it just becomes funnier and funnier.

Or nobody watches The Cosby Show anymore and its 2015 so maybe a family sitcom can take on family situations in a comical way, even if they've been done before?

Yes! And that's not just because I believe she has magical powers. *twirls*

I was coming here to query about that. I was so sad when they got separated. LOVE ISN'T DEAD!!
I only get invested in the private lives of celebrities I loved as a child.

Seriously, and they even said it was drawing other walkers into it, which is why Alexandria, with the supports on the outside of the wall, managed to stay relatively undisturbed.

I realized I don't trust the show enough for that. I hope everyone is starting to see the Ricktatorship crumble, but I'm worried that's not the case.

This was the movie my father taped during a free weekend of HBO that we weren't technically allowed to watch, but watched every single day. Whether it's his best or not, I love it.

I'm just glad that Xena is still cool.

i love her snark at her kids. wish fulfillment or something…

but her parenting skills are the reason i tuned in!

you've seen pictures from when he was dating Hoopz right? it looks like a forced perspective optical illusion!

yeah civics were definitely for the kids and the accord was definitely the "grown up" car. my dad got a champagne pearl accord in 2000.

i think it's a 90's thing

i thought i just was having deja vu! i think it's her escape.

I think there is a very strong case for nothing being mystical/holy in this show. everyone is seeking answers so they keep finding "signs" and things that are "holy" but its all just a desperate attempt to explain the explainable.

or maybe its a whole "we could be raptured at any moment so im going to wear this every day because i love it and my husband is gone" or something. that's how i read it.

i just about died at that. i laughed in a way that was supersonic and something ive never heard come out of myself before. i told my friend who didn't really want to give season 2 a shot to watch just for the payoff on that joke
