You're right. I guess I just don't want to go easy on these people by calling them anti-vaxxers. And it's extra frightening that they don't just mistrust vaccines, but all modern medicine.

I guess my point is that I don't think they would deny medical treatment to a child who was dying. Anti-vaxxers definitely help spread both disease and misinformation, and that's dangerous. But I like to imagine that they have enough compassion to get their toddler to the hospital.

You're absolutely right. I just hope that they would get their own sick kids to the hospital.

I want to punch his stupid face every time I see it.

Hopefully this case is extreme enough that they won't give the kids back. I mean, they KILLED one of their children. Not much gray area there.

Do you think they will at least take the other kids away?

Oh please. Real Canadians wouldn't need to mix it with water.

I can't imagine that they would be allowed to keep the kids, whether or not they go to jail. They are obviously not competent to care for children.

This goes so far beyond the anti-vaxx movement. It's one thing not to vaccinate your child. It's another thing not to take him to the hospital when HE IS DYING. Anti-vaxxers are obtuse. These people are murderers.

I wasn't paying attention to anything in 2004.

When did we find out about Terry Richardson being awful? I know I didn't find out until after she'd already worked with him for several years, but I might not know what I'm talking about.

Even if they don't, I'm sure they have laws about distributing porn to minors.

Hopefully they can get him for distributing the picture to minors.

If the student had found the picture and then taken it to the principal or another teacher, that would be one thing. But he crossed way too many lines.

Exactly. And given all of the terrible stuff going on in the world right now (Trump), it was really comforting to return to a world where people are nice and problems are wrapped up by the end of the episode. It isn't great TV, but I needed it.

I’m working on an article about my own teen plastic surgery (I was way, way lopsided) and I’d love to talk to you about your story if you’re interested. I’d really love to have a boy’s perspective. evilregalbeagle@gmail.com if you’re interested.

“Privileged" bothered me more than "preppy."

I don't support her working with R. Kelly at all. But the song is a lot more empowering than the title would lead you to believe. It's saying that, no matter what someone does to you physically, they don't own you. They may be able to control your body, but they can't control your mind, your heart, your voice, your

Even if this isn't scaring students away, it could be scaring their parents, which would be just as bad for the universities.

I'd also be especially nervous about calling out a guy with lots of knives on hand.
