There is a sword. All is right in the world.

Is it safe to pick this game up on PC yet? Or is it still broken? Thanks.

Its more complicated than just “calories in, calories out” though. It depends where the calories are coming from. 3,500 calories of sugar is going to get a different result than 3,500 calories of whey protein. Also, since the article mentions that calories aren’t burned linearly, I find it odd that they feel

I do! But this policy still makes no sense, and seems to be something the put out in response to query without thinking, I mean who would buy something twice just to get the free dlc?

Getting killed by a sparrow isn’t so fun if you’re at the end of a 9k exp without dying bounty. Or you’re trying to complete a strike without dying. Or any other ‘without dying’ bounties (there are several).

No, it only takes about 150 calories to gain a pound.

I can help answer this from a medical perspective.

That can’t be the only thing going on, because the 3,500 calorie rule doesn’t work in controlled feeding experiments either. In this one, researchers fed volunteers the exact number of calories to make them gain 16 pounds in 8 weeks. In reality, they gained anywhere between 3 and 15 pounds.

Based on personal experience, it takes much less the other way around.

It’s wrong on the claims it makes. A pound of fat is at most 4000 calories, though more like 3500. It’ll take a little more than that to make a pound of body fat due to digestions and turning your food into the fats, but it’s impossible for a pound of fat to be 7000 calories.

Making data collection/mining look like a customer-friendly feature. Clever.

The “people are still playing Destiny?” guy lol.

Please explain to me what is the point of noting NSFW content at times, but not all of the time. Furthermore, what is the point of such practice when the headline itself is NSFW?

How about a new dashboard? Who’s brilliant idea was it to have everything in one row without folders? I’d rather have the XMB than this garbage.

from what I’ve heard, the red bull codes are just timed exclusive content + xp boosts, though. If they weren’t, they’d seriously be screwing europe.

I can’t help but feel maybe more people should redeem these codes, if only because it may force Bungie to just open the content to everyone instead of such an obviously ill-conceived exclusivity deal (which notably excludes anyone outside of the US and even regions in the US, leading to exploitative ebay sales and the

Well, shit.

We should coin the term “fontholes”.

I changed my interest level from:

You know, I have a secret burning passion for fonts, but I never persued it because honestly all you font people seem like gigantic assholes.
“Dated?” Really? I bet someone got paid an insane sum to change the font on the logo.
