3 in my area closed. My understanding from speaking to one of the owners was the national promotions were costing the franchisees too much to be profitable. Pretty much what Subway is now dealing with (corporate is trying to bring back the $5 footlong promotion but the franchisees are saying they would be loosing money…

I’m a single guy and two of my cars are wagons. I can make dump runs, throw my bike inside, hell I fit a snowblower and 4-burner grill in it. Best of all, they drive like cars and not some lifeless lump.
