Not all of the advancements in the area are bad, they brought us the glory that is Dogfish Head.

I hate you, I’ve been looking for a 05 wagon for a while.
EE seems to like it. Although he points out that it has half the hp of the STI.
Got a guy around my area with a bright purple BRZ/FRS and almost sideways wheels. Good for a laugh, waiting for the inevitable broken down in the middle of the road pic opportunity.
EL headers are needed for twin scroll, which is more efficient than the UEL header setup that produced the rumble.
Doesn’t the JDM STI still use the EJ207?
Ford was still using class 3 in the mid 90s. I liked it better than the class 11 I have now, feels like I’m going to break the damn thing pulling on it. And it’s more prone to people scratching the paint with fingernails.
I changed my Legacy clutch for the first time at 255k miles. My Mazda had 180k on the stock clutch when I sold it. My Ford F-150 had the clutch replaced at 300k.
Yep, we were all there once. I’m glad I ignored the temptation when the illuminated washer nozzles came on the market
Was born in ‘80, parents had a ‘83 Econoline conversion van and we (siblings) spent our summers driving across the states. Great times, whenever I see a clean Econoline I start to drool.
A Nissan with a Mercedes engine? Sounds very reliable
The only good Friday movie was the first one.
Really depressing. My friend took his first racecar there, bought a set of cams and the seller threw in his 73/76 Camaro shell for free. Friend rebuilt a small block 350 out of a 73 Monte and ran a 12.3 first time (faster than the previous owner ever ran the Camaro). Early 2000's, last time I was there :(
Some of the early episodes they have on youtube were tested on 795 before it was opened to the public. Looks like they used the 70 Park and Ride area too.
I miss my 96 with the 300 and Mazda 5 speed. Unfortunately, didn’t have room to keep it and it wasn’t 4wd. Replaced it with a Subaru Legacy manual wagon ironically.
So they both have twin turbos, but only one is called a turbo?
Agree about the salt.
Love the username btw :)
Yep, just ClubWRX (does anybody use WRXtuners anyways?)
My car looks almost the same (‘11) and unfortunately is stuck at the body shop until next week. I’ll be enjoying this vicariously through coverage.
