Learned this one through experience, thought it’d be “motivating”, but yeah I just then learned to hate those songs. Now I just have a baby as my alarm clock so it’s a moot point.

Did you see the imgur link? Differentiating between maglink and USB, can’t say I’ve ever lost any time plugging those in. I can’t think of anything really that I would need to distinguish between cables, other than to mark things as my cables if I’m travelling etc.
Disappointed, was hoping for a chatbot to emulate me after death. :)
Depends in what you’re developing in. I use Unity. I develop iOS apps on Mac as for Unity it needs to transcode to XCode first (but I program in C#). Mac OS apps though don’t need that though so can publish straight to a dmg from Windows.
Not in my experience. I’ve made Mac OS apps on my Windows PC and I’ve made iOS apps without actually writing a single line of Swift/Obj-C.
Ok here’s the fix then:
“Although the inspiration of the article itself is someone in Toronto where it is illegal for him to cycle on sidewalk”. Glad we got that clear for everyone.
I know but I was generalising assuming majority of type of cyclists we’re talking about are going to be adults (and above 14) and probably more generally what this article is aimed at. I could be wrong maybe all of Toronto’s cyclists are children but Warren Huska looks older than 14 anyway :)
Although the inspiration of the article itself is someone in Toronto where it is illegal to cycle on sidewalk, and the other mention of places in the article of Europe.. well can’t speak for every country but I know my country it is illegal to cycle on sidewalk/pavement anywhere unless it’s an actual cycle lane. If…
Only really just out as I write this comment but may be worth mentioning that Scrivener is out on iOS now too.
7 years ago? I don’t even remember writing this comment and definitely not something I’d write nowadays. You’re responding to someone that pretty much doesn’t exist now. Ahh to be that young and foolhardy. People change, and move on. Surprised this got resurrected, pretty much isn’t me so consider that darkmobius dead…
A reason to be even more optimistic is that there is no “who”. British law is the same as it always has been, repeals to law require a new bill which has to be voted through by Parliament and passed by the House of Lords. No single person, even the Prime Minister has the legal power to repeal the European Communities…
I gave it a try but the Microsoft Lumia 640 I bought has to be the worst phone I’ve ever owned. I’ll only keep it for testing purposes now. Gone back to Android (Galaxy 7 Edge) and will get iPhone 7 when released. But Microsoft seemed to be worst of all worlds, OS was unstable and very slow. My phone rebooted for no…
I thought the whole point of the Household library was controlling content is shared in family library and what is just in “My Books”. Is it because rest of your family also have your amazon login information for the account?
That would drive me insane, I stick to inbox zero. I don’t delete anything either (except for auto deleted spam). But I archive everything, can’t stand to have email I don’t need in my inboxes. Was one main reason I switched all my Google accounts to Google Inbox to take more task oriented approach to email.
Depends on your needs. I have to take both an Android 10"and iPad tablet, as well as macbook pro because of my work requirements. Not ideal but if you have specific reason to have them to hand then not much choice. (E.g. work on laptop, testing on tablets and using tablets when you need bigger screen than phone but…
Now I use Sonos and Spotify so don’t really use desktop for music etc any more anyway.
Besides the ones in the photo and list?
Just wanted to point out “one of the best distraction-free writing apps” doesn’t mention iA Writer anywhere in the article, only in the comments as far as I can tell. I was expecting bit of a write up for it there.
Exactly, a significant number of modern games use Flash (via Scaleform) for their UI.
If you had a magnetic field powerful enough to disrupt a flash drive I’d be more concerned about the iron in your body flying out.
