Pedpro is the #1 thing this is missing. As customers demand ‘image’ more and more, SUVs and pickups get worse and worse for pedestrians... its not sustainable.

There is a big omission here in tech for pedestrian and cyclist safety. 6700 folks were killed on the road in 2020 who weren’t in cars. It would be nice to see specific call outs here to address distracted driving, and vehicle design that would lower that body count.

Every state taxes real property, such as a home. The amount of the tax is based on assessed value, which may rise or fall without the home being sold.

I pay property taxes on my land and it will go up if the value of my land goes up. Maybe we should have stock taxes to make the whole “stocks are like houses” a reasonable comparison.
