The classroom moved outside isn't a joke guys! It's a cry for help from the monotonous education system! FREE THE STUDENTS!

So when and where can I buy this?

A reasonable reply? What!? haha.

I don't think I'm making ignorant statements. I'm not using my pedigree as a justification to be ignorant either. I'm not going to take time to defend myself against whether or not my sparring was legit or not. If you think one way, you are free to do so.

and they still get thrashed.

If they had gone all out on all their tests, I wouldn't be getting so much hate. Haha

I will rephrase. Of course the hits to the head will cause damage, but I meant that the general hits to the body would hurt or impede but it wouldn't disable them completely. My choice of the word "bother" was incorrect.

I don't want to get hit by a boxer with gloves on. That will shatter my face with or without.

I'd love to use this thing. Just saying lets not get complacent. I want them to improve on it and actually if they can reduce the bulk of it if possible, that would be awesome.

I was unclear. I meant for a video that was meant as a demo of the tech, it seems weak. I'd like to see what the limits are for it. Nothing about standing still and taking it, just how well does that thing work.

The company said there were sensors for body damage and electronic scoring I believe. Either way I think it would be fun but don't want it to become the standard for tournaments.

I should have stated that anything to the head would hurt but I meant the side whacking mainly.

The people who run the company youtube channel were posting about electronic sensors inside that calculate the "theoretical body damage" and it seems like they mean it to be used in competition. I'm okay with it being used in training but I think it's also important to balance what you're training with. I'm not

I don't know about light contact for any tournament. I've always seen it at least at there is a lot of power/technique in tournaments. I guess I've just gotten used to Kyokushin style sparring as well.

I can see your point about the fencing.

Just saying for a demo of the armor, it seems rather weak. If I was being pitched a product about modern armor, then I would want to see the stress tests and upper limits of the product. With that video, it seems like just a decent set of regular guards might suffice as well.

I'm so badass that I make cherry blossoms burst into bloom when it's out of season. :P

In the second video, those staff strikes wouldn't bother people without the armor. Those are some weak strikes. Before anyone gets all uppity, I've done martial arts for 16 years and by now, I can tell that how much force is going into those strikes. Not bragging, just stating.
Concept is cool but there comes a

I think if there is multiplayer capabilities like with Rayman Origins, it could be interesting.
