That's a shame. At least season 1 wrapped up pretty nicely. Will miss seeing more of the Bruntouchables.

This sort of reminds me of the Amazon pilot, Edge, which was some dumb fun Western, although I believe it was the only pilot of its season not picked up.

Great review! I love this show. It started off because Brian was such a great fun character and then the supporting characters became just as interesting. I'm still waiting for a Mike & Ike episode.
Anyway, glad this show is finally getting reviewed here.

I actually enjoyed Tyrant; season 2 was an improvement.
The rest are shit, though.

While Limitless isn't as good, it has many of the similar components of iZombie (humor, procedural with building serialization, fun characters). I recommend people who watch iZombie check out Limitless as well.

Limitless has been a pleasant surprise this fall season. The episode Headquarters! is my favorite one so far; hilarious. From micropenis to a "Flash"-like device, this show manages to be fun with surprisingly great characters.

Yeah. Haven't been on much lately; lot of college stuff. But it's good to see you too.

I completely agree with you. As much as I loved Daredevil, I felt it lacked in some aspects. The writing was ok but the acting was pretty good and the action scenes were some of the best on TV. (Still planning on watching Banshee, don't worry). I'm also really looking forward to Jessica Jones because Alias was amazing.

This show definitely could pull off a spinoff.

I enjoyed it. Nothing amazing, but I think it holds promise. I'll continue watching for now.

Best episode (doesn't mean a lot but still) so far. The ending was particularly powerful and the acting is great, especially Matt Ryan's. I truly hope they don't cancel this show because it has been getting better and can become even more.

Loved this episode. Even a weaker episode of Jane the Virgin is still great. At first, I thought this would be a guilty pleasure of mine, but it's actually turning out to be good, in quality and fun. Love the cast, the silliness, and the deep moments the show explores.

Great news! Can't wait to watch more. So far, my favorite new summer series.

Good news: The Strain has been renewed for a second season!

This show gets better with each episode and by the looks of it, next episode gets crazy. This is a good show and slowly becoming a sort of great show. I wasn't totally on board from the pilot, but luckily it gets better. I just finished reading the first book ( great story , writing is bad) and the show does the book

Watching The Strain and The Leftovers. I might start watching Halt and Catch Fire again…maybe it got better.

I like The Leftovers, but The Strain is better, I agree.

Well, the survivors are all being influenced by The Master. The pilot felt more guilty than the others so he was willing to comply to Eph and Nora. You could see how they don't mind their sicknesses. The only one I'm not believing is the nerd's wife, she is scared but she wasn't shown acting in a rational way.

I'm loving this show. It's not perfect, but it's better than the other summer shows on right now. The characters are getting interesting, the pace is picking up, and the stupid moments are watering down. Lots of great TV moments in this show, I'll say, but there are some bad ones as well. It's far from being a bad

FX has been on a roll…now I've got 2 comedies, along with The Strain to keep me satisfied this summer. Fargo was another amazing series that premiered this year.
