Promoted for being outstandingly on-point. This is the question. It may not have a legal solution, or any solution — but you've eloquently laid out all of the major issues worth considering here.

The part that baffles me is doing it on a golf course. I just don't have that kind of accuracy with my wood shots.

Okay, folks: Twizzlers, who's got 'em?

I get so fucking tired of everyone assuming that women only get breast implants because they are caving to all the crushing pressure of our culture's current beauty standards....The ability to grow large natural breasts isn't virtuous and we shouldn't concern/pity troll women who decide to get implants.

Culture is a construct, subject to many varying interpretations. These interpretations are necessary and frequently enjoyable to pursue — but telling an informed adult that someone else's evaluation of this construct should determine what she can or can't do with her body seems a step too far. I know the cheesehead gear establishes your own cool cred without question — but some of us could still use a boost now and then.

Sarah H. has already given us a lot, here. I say just give her the clicks and wish her well.

Nicely pointed and succinct, @SamBarge. But I think @Shiny's point still stands.

Thoroughly agreed. That takedown was very lengthy.

Well played.

Yes. Critique of the aesthetics of attention-grabbing > critique of sociopolitical statements, every time. When it comes to art or entertainment, anyway. Well done.

Four Our Fathers, six Hail Marys and one trip to the Jewish Baseball Heroes' Hall of Fame for you.

I'll take five...no, ten. Make it ten.
