“It’d take longer to swap out a AAA battery than it does to charge this for a day’s use”
And when they do change it, they will act like they invented it, and the cultists will praise them for the innovation, while everyone else is like “yeah, we have had that for years.” They will introduce it as this fundamental shift in how people think about technology, and completely ignore the fact that they were the …
Nah, I have a wireless Logitech mouse at home that I swear by.
The problem they immediately discovered was a simple but baffling one: when the Mighty Mouse 2 is connected to a power source, it stops working.
> It takes 2 minutes to charge the mouse to use it for up to 9 hours.
I love how we all know that the charge port being on the bottom is the dumbest thing ever, since the first Magic Mouse, but can we also agree that that design is the most un-ergonomic mouse ever invented? squeezing your thumb and pinky together just to hold a thin rail of material because it’s “sleek” is stupid af,…
My Logitech mouse is fast to charge and slow to run low too, but the USB (Type-C!) port is still on the front where it can be plugged in while using, or at least still sitting on the desk the proper way instead of inverted like an unlucky turtle.
If I assume that is true (I have no way of knowing since I don’t own one), it is still a poor design from a company that is supposed to be all about great design.
I guess having the port in place where it might be usable while charging might ruin the aesthetic though.
Not saying stupid things like this are unique to…
Let’s see how long she can push back the calendar for an appeals process. My guess is she’ll stall and delay, then claim psychological stress due to motherhood (or her bullshit claim against her ex-partner) so she skates by with probation or some other slap on the wrist.

That’s the only time rich people go to jail - when they rip off richer people.
Well duh. How did you think this was going to end? Us plebes get justice? That’s just crazy commienessm!
So basically guilty of cheating some rich people?
I get what you’re saying and you do have a point – but the concern here is that with traditional TV ads (and other platforms) we all generally get to see the same content as long as we use that service – so we all have to endure the same reality. Given the level of targeting that online ads allow, and the fact that on…
Seven of the eight birds in the inaccessible compartment gave at least one token to their partner so the partner could receive a treat from the experimenter.
What is your point? Even if your characterization of ads is accurate, my point is they shouldn’t allow ads that are lies. That ads, at their worst, are lies, really has nothing to do with that.
You comment is noted, re: puppies.
You can debate the extent to which Facebook should be responsible for the content its users post, and the extent to which it should police that content. But Facebook is 100% responsible for the content of advertisements it allows. If it allows lies in ads, then Facebook is responsible for spreading disinformation,…
Baby Yoda can drink tea calmly out of an open container and walk and eat frogs which might suggest an age of 3 to 4. However, Baby Yoda cannot yet vocalize beyond gurgles and baby squeals and interacts with non-tea and frog objects like a much younger child. This leads me to believe that developmentally the Child…
