This charger is amazing. I love the slim profile, the foldable prongs, the matte rubbery finish, and it’s super easy to take in my EDC bag. I use it to charge a chromebook and my Surface Pro using a USB-C to Surface Connect adaptor. Well worth the $30 price, but I did not want to buy it at $50.

You can use a deal for the non-sale black 3.1 usb-c to usb-c cable which takes $13 off the $15 price of the cable. The code is: PICKA. Then that lets you get the full deal.

Had one of these last time a $100 sale post went up. Just upgraded to the Prizm II and it’s been much better for clarity on my wall. Worth the increased price to $140 for me, since it is on sale too.

Yeah, I’m actually okay with this because I use USB-C to USB-C for my Power Delivery chargers and battery pack while traveling. I use PD for my Samsung Chromebook Pro too. I will also carry this 3-way cord instead of a USB-A to micro-usb cable + USB-C converter that I usually bring along to charge my headphones and

I got the 2017 55S405 55" model for $340, a $40 discount. It is amazing that I can get that quality of television at that size for so cheap. I’m very happy that they put the discount on the 2017 models too.

Anker is releasing its new Souncore Zolo Liberty Lite for $70 with sweat resistance and Bluetooth 5.0 on June 18! No one should be buying these old ones for the same price, when an upgraded version is 11 days away.

Anker is also coming out with a set of new sports headphones that are very similar to these under their Soundcore line. The new ones will have a protective coating from sweat but I don’t really recall the details. You can see Verge’s coverage here: https://www.theverge.com/circuitbreaker/2018/4/24/17276052/anker-soundc

I’m doing this deal, so I pay $14 (after taxes) for HBO + Hulu, and I signed up through this rewards/discount/points program called Swagbucks, where I got $32 worth of credit back. It was such a great deal!

I have no reason to buy this phone because I have an S8, but that Warehouse deal is $288 for me with tax. So tempting to just get it.

Kinda gives extra protection to their nests from predators actually

I always laugh at this. People can’t do basic math to find surface area and just go by the number the manufacturer’s want you to hear. Same thing happened with the Galaxy S8 launch, everyone saying how huge the screens were, when compared to last year’s flagships using surface area they were not that much different.

I haven’t yet seen anyone mention this, and it isn’t a huge issue, but it really annoys me:

Running android apps on chromebooks has been a feature for awhile now. I’ve been using them on my Asus Chromebook Flip for months, first on the Dev OS and then on the normal OS (play store usage is still in “beta” though).

Whenever things like this come up I always recommend the Quirky Port Power. 3-outlet short extension cord that winds up. Doesn’t have usb ports but it was a life saver in college when outlets were not close and everyone needed to charge their laptops. I got mine for $10, but it’s now $25 on Amazon.

The Nvidia Shield Tablet is $200 and probably much faster, but does have a smaller screen. For under $300 you can get the Asus Chromebook Flip which will soon get all of Android’s apps (more than Fire tablets which don’t have google apps) and runs Chrome OS, and has an attached keyboard. Same screen size, less

We need a Nvidia phone so I can get the trifecta of phone, tablet and Android TV! Gotta note 4 and it’s pretty decent, but rigorous games don’t always work so well.

Fire Tablet: $50. Kindle Oasis: $290. 6 pack fire tablets: $250. Which has more usability? Fire Tablet. Which is better for reading? Kindle Oasis.

The two I use are:

So I used to change the screen setting of my TV to a low power dim mode to help sleep, but just recently purchased an Nvidia Shield Android TV that can utilize Twilight app and it’s been much nicer on my eyes at night. I’d really recommend this guy for people who stream and play games, or the Nexus Player for
