Audi: bulletproof, built really well and have a whole range of cars from supercars, to luxury barges to tiny little A1s.

i have to admit, jalopniks new comment system is rubbish.. i have to be on Lifehacker to reply to this.. and yeh, there's the brera.. and COUNTLESS hot hatches, in fact, if i was to cross the sea, i'd want to take an old Audi S3 with me.

Looking at it from a US point of view, the CTS-V does make sense. £41k is pretty cheap for something of that calibre.. same with the GT500, its alot cheaper in the USA at £35k ($55k) BUT, so are the rivals, which are £38k ($60k) pfff, wow... i know the GT500 has alot of power, but power isn't hard to get nowdays... i

that astra VXR looks soo good. and jeremy likes it.. jeremy likes a vauxhall !! haha need i say more ?

the ATS is probably the closest European rivaling American car today, hence its European pricing. £31k for a standard bottom of the range 2l turbo manual, that's £5k more than a BMW 3-series 2 liter turbo manual bottom of the range. ouch. I've never been been in a CTS-V but I'm not sure its as "as thoroughly

they are really good value brand new, but if you can buy some pretty tasty stuff second hand nowadays. e39 m5 for example.. as for more power for the buck, supercharge it .. all within the budget of a new mustang GT let alone gt500.

is the porsche alright ?? i hope IT (chris brown) didn't damage her too bad.

how did i know americans would feel butthurt clarkson didn't get all teary eyed over the 'stang like he does with very few cars.. he does make the point that its cheap, powerful, has heritage, and turns heads, but he also points out all is not well, and he has every right to point it out... you don't just cover it up

whoever's it was.. it was packing 14 times the power anyone would need, and he didn't crash.. moral of the story.. age has little to do with it.

it sounds like a tuner car with not much exhaust between the atmosphere and the turbo. personally, it doesn't sound as nice as the noble m600 which too is a turbo charged v8.

fastest car on the road Hennessey says. pull up alongside a 1200hp mosler and you'd want your money back, not only is it cheaper and lighter, it has a carbon chassis and was born on the track, so it will put down power better AND eat it on the track..

ouch.. there was a case of a tug of war of 100+ people where a few of the guys had the rope around their arms.. the rope snapped and it sheered their arm's right off, just through the force.. it is possible.

ahh, must've click on Jezebel by mistake

i hate how everyone here is bashing about age.. age has nothing to do with it. there are plenty under 24 year olds driving around lamborghini's or what have you. there was even that one 20 year old driving around in his 1400hp gallardo. it was unfortunate, that is all.

clarkson wasn't too fond of the LFA until he actually drove it. He wasn't too fond of corvettes until he drove the ZR1. and i bet you a million £, he's never been too fond of muscle cars, untill he'll drive the new GT500 this season across europe.

this bad boy. the M600 yamaha/volvo twin turbo v8.. 650hp and makes all the right noises to bring the little kid out of you. bbbrrraaaahhhh *gearchange* ppshhheewwww.
