yeah, i thought barry would be much more wounded at the beginning of this episode after the end of the last one.  not sure how much time has passed.

Eve has already stabbed somebody and fallen in love with a murderer so far.

I assumed that she was just pretending to talk to her mother on the phone as part of the deception to catch Ghost.
