At this point, I can’t say whether the Tesla stock price bubble will pop or not, but if it does, it will be catastrophic.

Apparently, Tesla thinks it has a better chance of selling them to Canadians rather than Americans

Their mistake was still having any Foundation Series left unsold when they began selling the normal series. Foundation Series was meant to be a limited run where you’re paying for the limited badge to show you were First. But once you could buy a normal one simultaneously, the badge has become meaningless.

Trump will do whatever his paymasters and blackmailers tell him to do.

it begs the question who does Trump think will buy these more expensive electric models?

Reverse: Back in High School, we did Bye Bye Birdie as a musical. I played bite parts and hide in the background and sang harmonies as required. I thought it was funny and silly to think of a Rock and Roll star getting drafted.

It seems to me that tires go pretty quickly on EV vs. ICE cars. I am curious how well the suspension and steering components (control arm bushings, ball joints, tie rods, etc.) hold up with the additional weight of an EV but that should be considered during the design phase. Really the parts you save on are brake pads

Even if EV operating costs are on par with gasoline, I’ll still stick EV’s in the future.  Not having to stop at a grubby gas station has been a bigger advantage than I was expecting.  Plus EV’s a quieter and smoother to drive.

Home upgrades are a huge part. We don’t even have an EV or PHEV yet (nothing has met our needs or desires enough to start having a car payment again...) but when we recently refreshed our antique home’s wiring we opted to add a couple weather-protected 240-V plugs to the outside of the house in anticipation of the
