This is exactly why Jameela Jamil as Tahani is my favorite character (well...also I really like to look at her). How is she at the same time so annoying, and yet so sympathetic? It is acting wizardry.

Welcome to Kinja!

YEAH! Apocalypse is a totally fun HBO partial rewatch, I’ve also discovered. FIRST CLASS might be my fave which is weird in retrospect, given where Matthew Vaughn has gone since then (basically nowhere I really want to go too).

DoFP is my personal fave, but X2 is also fantastic.

Oh, I am all in on this one. X-Men has long been my favorite comic series, and this show just in one episode already gets what makes it great. The fun and visual spectacle of powers; and the depressingly timely metaphor of mutants. Also, I like the way they’ve gone about doing “Sentinels” - there’s a lot of great

Oliver Sava would go apocalyptic when he saw this show’s production value.

On the plus side...Agents of SHIELD has never looked better.

The writing needs some major work and the design/costumes are as bad as people said.
