"I just want to cheat on my husband and not feel guilty about it."
"Jeans are like $20 at H&M. Get on it." Aya Cash can deliver an exit line like no other.
"Interior design. This is a home, Cece, not a Christmas cookie."
"And I'm just like, 'oh my plate's in here.'"
• Michael's amnesia fake out made me scream out loud at my TV.
• The CW really has a monopoly on incredibly charismatic female leads on Monday nights. Melissa and Gina 5ever.
• #Petrafied is still their best hashtag.
• Still wishing and hoping and praying for a musical episode. The format would work so well within this…
If Michael is dead, we riot.
A rousing team-building plot? Felicity actually being silly and enjoyable? Thea and Quentin providing a well-earned emotional core? Oliver being called out on his bullshit?
Does this mean that Jackie Jormp-Jomp project is off the table?
Melissa Benoist is the sun.
This show is trash, but my lord is it fun.
Do all the "fucks" being spoken by the behind-the-scenes characters feel unnatural to anyone else?
"Out There" from The Hunchback of Notre Dame. And really the entire soundtrack.

But OUAT's problems go so much deeper than slow plot movement. I think there are writing teams out there that could make the two-arc thing work better than they did.
And I'm guessing the long-term plan of the writers is to turn public opinion in favor of Kirkman, so they can keep President Kiefer in office. If that is in the cards, we need to see WHY the people would turn around. I hope they don't screw that up.
That's an achingly-apparent problem with most American basic network shows. I really wish networks would move to a fall and spring schedule, or at the very least create two distinct and compelling arcs per season.
I'm still enjoying the show, but it would do well to look to The West Wing for direction, like Allison says. I'd love to have a genuinely engrossing and stirring show about the White House back on TV.
"In a way, weren't we all Gina Linetti tonight?"
It's disappointing that this is what Ballinger has chosen to hitch her star to. If you look her up on YouTube (her actual self, not Miranda), she actually has a beautiful singing voice. She's even vocally coached some of today's bigger pop acts.
