I think the coast is a big factor. Once you have waterfront it pumps the home prices because land is more finite. If one sets up shop in the Midwest, there’s almost always another cornfield to plow under and develop so it takes much longer for prices to rise.

The closest that matches the RAV4 that’s not a crossover would be the Transit Connect.
