Jimmy was the first POTUS I voted for. The rest of the country went with the “trickle down theory”. And we all see how that went.

The simple answer is, it lowers your center of gravity, making the vehicles less prone to rolling. From a practical standpoint, cornering feels more solid.

Its not just aesthetics. Lowering the CG most definitely helps. Always have alignment done afterwards.

That color looks dirty, even when its clean.

Please tell me he bought the cheap version without the instrument panel.

I kind of like it. It reminds me of when I was 16, and got my Pontiac LeMans painted, one of those $100 specials. I picked an ugly obnoxious green with metal particles in it. Kind of reminds me of this car’s color.

The problem with Mazdas is you only get about 70k of ‘worry free’ miles out of them. By that I mean the period of a car’s life before it starts to break. Mazdas also rust, so the value drops out of them at about 100k. I keep by cars until at least 120k, or even better, find that special one that will last 200k. Mazda

Those are all so boring. My 2011 single cab, 4WD Tacoma, 4 banger with a manual, 100k miles bluebooks at $10k. Have a little fun in life, people.

You ain’t seen what I do to rentals. I doubt it has a parking brake, but you would be amazed with what you can do with one of those if you don’t give a crap about the vehicle. ALL of my vehicle abuse experimentation is done is rentals.

There is a philosophy in the aircraft industry to ‘leave no stone unturned’ when it comes to aircraft crashes. This is primarily a safety thing. While investigators have a pretty good idea of what happened to MH370, they are not certain. Finding the exact location will give them more evidence, even if the black box

Here, take my lighter.

Not really car related, but adjacent. I’m old enough that the drinking age was 19 here in Minnesota when I was 19, in ‘81. You can join the military at age 17; I know because I served with some of those kids when I was in my early 20s. My dad joined when he was 17. It just doesn’t seem right that we will send these

They should have discontinued it before they ran the first one down the manufacturing line. These things are the most boring looking cars on the road. Want to look over the hill? Drive one of these.

So your better judgement tells you that the Miata is the only acceptable one? That the hill you want to fight on?

Nissan has never been about quality. They are the Asian car company that priorities design in the same way American manufacturers do - wiz bang.

I didn’t even watch it. I just go straight to the comments.

Its likely some crazy hobbyists. Second on that list is its our own military, and the tech is classified

My 85 Honda Interceptor can do at least 125. I lent the bike to a buddy, and he took it to the track. Said he set a track record with it. He did it without asking me, of course. They guy knew how to make machines move fast. He beat me on a GPZ550 once. As far as dumb stuff people say... well, there is always the

You’ve never been in a fight before? That guy was ready to throw down, even pulling his sleeves up. He wasn’t really thinking straight, in case you missed the first part.

That aint a robot. Its Shaq from last Halloween.
