My guess would be that the real make-or-breaker for this functionality to work would be your home's broadband upload speed. Since the only traffic going from the Vita to the PS4 would be button clicks, joystick info, etc., it seems most any wi-fi to wi-fi connection could handle that side... the real bottleneck would…
I'm not really sure that a WHOOSH! is warranted for someone being unaware of an obscure, 25-year old magazine ad.
I still cannot get that &%$# star!!! I've played through SMG2 in its entirety twice, and both times I've gotten stuck on the final star. I cannot wait for Super Mario 3D World!!
Man, I really want to pick up a Pokemon game, but I've never played one in my entire life. The language that everyone uses when discussing Pokemon is very intimidating!
Version 4.0.0 U, available via an Internet connection, includes the following improvements: New Features: A feature to output video and sound to the Wii U GamePad when using Wii Mode¹ Users can choose to output to the TV and GamePad, or just the TV A feature to automatically receive recommended software and demo…
Yeah, I have to agree with this. It's an impressive piece, but I'm not really seeing anything that even blows away the fluid effects from Super Mario Sunshine on the Gamecube.
Why does this surprise anyone? It's an HDMI-in port, and the PS4 will have an HDMI-out port. It's not like the XBox can tell what kind of device is hooked up to it. (right?)
No! I too do not.
YES this is a better choice for an 8 year-old. The Wonderful 101, as pretty and funky as it is, is too difficult (and a little short.) For the love of God, man, get your kid this game!!
So buy one, dude - my stock investment could use the boost.
Doh! So sorry Evan - thanks! I didn't realize it had already been release on the other platforms.
So sorry for the misplaced comment, but I have no idea where to post this... would someone at Kotaku PLEASE do a write-up on "Brothers: a Tale of Two Sons?" It's like the best freakin' game I've played in a long time, and deserves some proper attention!!
Thanks, Marcus! As a 42 year-old playing the game for the first time, I'm absolutely loving it. Be proud, dude.
He's talking about 3DS patches.
I stream my music from my PC to my PS3 - will this work for that?
"Despite the complex simplicity of the game's system..." Uh, what?
Nah - I explored them all... I just thought they were too brief, and frankly, too easy. I miss the older Tomb Raider games with giant, puzzle-ridden maze-like tombs.
I hope it has some freakin' tombs in it, this time.
Yes you do, my friend - it's amazing.
