Holy crap, there’s even more to unpack than I originally remember:

And please tell me you all remember when LeBron switched from 23 to 6, he actually DID go on the platform about how 23 should be universally retired because of MJ. Or was that just a fever dream of mine?
I simply don’t believe you. I live in a town of about 35,000, and in the evening, especially on weekends, there are plenty of drivers. Never have to wait more than 10 minutes. We have a taxi company in town too. On a summer Saturday night, its usually 20-30 mins for a pickup. With Uber/Lyft, it’s 5-10.
You’re not wrong, but think back, when did you ever actually see a real, working, flying car? Right now there are quite a few autonomous vehicles on the road.....
The only way I get there is that multiple people ordered a similar dish (it says it was a family dinner), therefore each of them had some chicken breast leftover?
My brother-in-law was knocked off his bike and then run over by semi truck on a regular city street in Brooklyn in 2014. Deeper in to BK in some of the industrial areas, there are just no bike lanes to speak of. He survived (thanks to his helmet) but his leg was so mangled from the truck running it over that it took 3…
100% would pay to see.
Polar is great but unfortunately not omnipresent as La Croix. I would kill for some Polar out here in northern CA.
“They were even technically closer to our destination.”
Not even scorching, its just true.
“Among major sports, only baseball is relatively judgment free.”
Well, considering it closed in 2012, it’s kind of impossible for anyone to still be a regular;)
Agree 100%. I was a regular at 2 places because they were both a 5 min walk form my office (working/living in NYC at the time), and yeah, it was the friendliness/atmosphere of both places that kept me coming back, but it certainly was not a “oh man I gotta go see if she’s working” type of thing. That kind of stalker…
When watching it live, me and my buddies obviously knew it was supposed to break, but when they went for it a second time, it was true disbelief like holy shit, Shane’s gonna die here! What all those guys did from that era truly boggles the mind all these years later. The Hardy Boyz/Dudleys/Edge & Christian TLC matches…
Keep beating that stereotype drum, hammerbutt.
“This is why it is imperative that, if you want to be a regular at a particular bar, do not try to sleep with the employees of that bar. Don’t even ask them out.”
That was of course after his stroll with Lon Chaney Jr.
Racking my brain to figure out who the other great Cleveland Darius you are referring to....
If draft projections are to be believed, the Hawks KILLED it with their first 2 picks. A core of Trae Young, Hunter, and Reddish could be incredible in a couple years. (I am a Cavs fan)
