The counterpoint to that is in other cities, those places to eat pretty well and the fancy bars are pretty finite. In NYC, you could truly go out to a different restaurant and fancy bar for 365 nights, and there are still plenty that you haven’t visited yet.

I actually just used my hands to count em off, but late January seems reasonable based on the months of a standard pregnancy, given tomorrow is May 1st.

SF is not like Manhattan, you can’t just tear down existing small buildings and replace with high rises in order to quintuple occupancy, because of the hilly terrain and earthquake fault lines.
