Agreed, same here. Plus I get a nice selection of coupons like every other week in the mail, and can get a family size pepperoni for $9. The best part about it being take n bake is that you can control the crispiness and how well done the cheese gets.

He is telling them to play butt-ass naked, and then starts handing out something to whoever is interested. Gotta be ecstasy, right?

100% agree on those maroon jerseys. My 11 y/o and I had the same discussion last night watching the game. With all the new dudes on the roster, its like impossible to tell who’s who during game action.

So what you are saying is that you’d rather be hit by a car than consume Mexican food that is better than 99% of the rest of the country? That’s a bold stance!

This is a horribly bad take. I live in the North Bay/wine country area, and because of all of the Mexicans that work at the vineyards and on the farms, the food is absolutely authentic and incredible. I do realize that ‘Bay Area’ encompasses a huge swath, but needed to address this unjust ranking.

I used to proudly sport a custom t-shirt I had made back in the mid 90's that said “Pro Wrestling is real. Everything else is fake.” I really wish I still had it.....

Nice! Well, truth be told I had $20 on ‘em to win it last season when they opened at 20-1, so the loss was even even more crushing. Now I have anther $20, but only at 6-1. The $$ would be nice, but I just want a title!

That’s fair. I am an Indians fan so I hope to feel your level of delirium this season, as opposed to the soul-crushing heartbreak of last year....

I pointed this out to another commenter, but come, on, read the title of the article. This is about players in the AL playoffs! Perhaps lack of reading comprehension is a trait of Cubs fans?

Javier Baez plays for the Cubs, in the NL.. This article is about players in the AL playoffs. Please re-read the title. Thanks.

Thank God weed is legal in CA......

Is this what i have to look forward to? My two boys are 10 & 11, and this morning I emptied 8 goddamn cups that they use for themselves. And they weren’t even in the house from 8:15 to 3:30!!

Unless we were both hallucinating simultaneously, you are correct

Watching the games and hearing the narratives about why certain features on each ball were the way they are, I mean, just seems like so much fun. I totally LOLed at the Zimmer one, because DAMN, that dude’s face is LONG, and they totally captured it.

Someone made the joke in another thread, but it was so good I’ll repost: “So The Brain got to the share the cover with Jerry “The King” Lawler?”

LOL, classic case of pot/kettle right here....

The rest of the staff loved the ‘okenrub’ burn as much as the Kinja crowd, right?

That’s a fine idea, I just wonder how “juicy”the patty would stay vs the meatball, given the thickness difference. My wife makes meatballs often enough that next time, we’ll have to experiment with this idea. Although instead of a meatball hero, I’d opt for the meatball patty between two slices of garlic bread.....

Except the style of meat is different, usually. Meatballs for Italian style food are pretty different than classic meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and gravy.

Yeah, when you read the umps lips it REALLY looks like he says “They do that on purpose?” as he’s looking up at the other umps.
