Chevy dealers were notoriously (and still are) horrible at servicing the Volts. Highly doubtful they’ll be any better at these.

I like what they did with the battery. I see other RV makes offering that as an option soon. I’d love to have a 20 KWh battery in ours as it would make dry camping more feasible where you need to run the AC for a bit or the microwave.
“Something like an old Silverado, perhaps. The car would be something that could accomplish the things like long-distance towing”
Yes... Let’s raise the gas tax during a pandemic and recession.
You can’t tax wealth that is only on paper and constantly in flux. Bezos may have 200 billion in wealth but the vast majority of that isn’t actually realized until he makes any part of it solvent - and that is what he pays taxes on. People advocating for a wealth tax have no idea how stupid they sound.
Maybe he moved on with life and maybe the film makers didn’t give two shits... Just as most of us don’t. It’s a fucking car story. Way to go trying to squeeze your own fucking choice narrative in there. Feel free to produce your own documentary about what an awful human being you must think he is.
Bitching about wells, calling them drilling sites is a bit misleading. re: pic of well with pump that has been in operation since 1921. How many of these sites are simple legacy and still producing vs freshly drilled or re-drilled sites?
Golden parachutes are negotiated prior to hire/promotion by executives at that level and the incoming CEO/COO/CISO/CCO/ETC hire law firms to review and negotiate the contract.
There has been a trend in recent years to minimize/negate the payout for negligence, etc in regard to severance packages for these executives.
Ridden a big Harley. Was ok. Went back to my far cheaper, more HP touring bike that handled more nimbly.
Awesome up until they take them into the woods and break the offroad “tread Lightly” rule.
You realize that Healthcare systems employ many essential workers as 1099 employees right? Same as Uber drivers are classified.
Many of those 1099 in healthcare are indeed nurses... The more you know.

“So disappointing that TWENTY MI House Dems voted for this anti-EV, anti-environmental policy.”
“boost resilience to forest fires”... By properly managing the forests for a change maybe? It is the environmental movement that has in part (I said “in part”) contributed to the wild fire frequency and scale.
No mention of Nuclear power either. Typical. Nuclear is by far the cleanest power generation methods that you…
Your reply has nothing to do with what David Davis stated really. Microgrids are still utility owned, but they are even safer and in some ways could further secure our grid from foreign targeted attack.
Not to mention a reduction in the dividend or ending of it will erode the stock price immediately as investors run to other dividend paying stocks.
Just curious... For the extra cost or the specific need based on your wife’s disability are there any tax incentives/deductions you are able to take advantage of to offset some of the extra cost?
As it should be.
Key thing to point out... these bombs were so powerful that all they needed to do was explode near enough to the ship to break the ship’s main spar or cause massive flooding. No direct hit needed.
Own a Gen 2 Volt. Just spent the weekend up in Sparta, NC. No chargers in sight for a large radius from the farm house we rented. I brought our charger just in case I could charge up from the farm house. Built in 1910 the outdoor outlets had bad grounds... so I could not charge. No biggy. Had gas engine.
So I’m a Volt…
