I’d say the point were people are slashing tires to immobilize your vehicle or break windows as well open your door to get at you if for what ever reason they weren’t locked.

Honestly, the best advice he gives is for people to work on a safety fund worth a certain number of months of expenses. If people actually listen to the better parts of his messaging like having patience, focus and not spending unwisely, most can actually start to build that safety fund.
