How do you know? In my state, unmarked units are used for traffic enforcement routinely. Undercover officers drive undercover cars. These are MUCH different than unmarked cars.

You must be young. Yes, the Republicans put us in Iraq. They also put us in Afghanistan, Nicaragua, Grenada, and Panama. The Democrats put us in both World Wars, Korea, Vietnam, Bosnia, and Kosovo. Both parties have lots of smaller military actions under their belts, too.
