I have not seen the movie, but this reminds me of the Christopher Lee quote, “Every actor has to make terrible films from time to time, but the trick is never to be terrible in them.”

Russell Crowe / The Pope’s Exorcist

The Razzies are the worst and it’s annoying that outlets like this continue to give this dumpster fire oxygen with coverage. These are NOT the worst films/performances of the year -- they’re just a bunch of movies/actors that are popular enough for The Razzies to ridicule.

I feel like they need to stop doing these.

he was clearly wary about it too and that bleeds into the narrative in a very interesting way.

I know this is cinema blasphemy but I don’t need to see another Scorsese/DiCaprio collaboration. I’m also wary of Scorsese taking on this particular story.

I think you´re underestimating the great very short supporting performances in Oppenheimer: Matt Damon, Tom Conti, Kenneth Branagh, Tom Conti, Benny Safdie, Alden Ehrenreich, Mathew Modine, Josh Harnett, etc.. Rami Maalek was impressive during the Senate hearing, and Casey Affleck was just frightening.   Killers of

Killers of the flower moon was way too long and definitely had pacing issues, Lily Gladstone was the best part of the movie while Leo wasn’t that great. I came into Killers expecting a lot but it was disappointing for a Scorsese movie. It was over 3 hours long and he still had big time jumps instead focusing way too

Who knows what this passive-aggressive crap is, but Cynthia Nixon has been super vocal on Palestine. It doesn’t make sense that Sara Ramirez would be fired for it. (And I do think some people have been fired over their views on Palestine.) The problem is that Che Diaz is terrible.

Che was definitely annoying in S1. But in S2 she’s not nearly as annoying; much more grounded and relatable. Also the annoyance level of Miranda went so off the charts high perhaps Che’s just wasn’t as noticeable anymore.

I think, now that all has been said and done, the thing that bothers me the most has evolved.

I can agree with that. The one thing that baffle’s me is the “unexpected heel turn” by Danerys, like how was that unexpected. I 100% saw it coming. Sure she went on and on about being better than her family, but like she tried to be good and the world said no fuck you. Freed the slaves, the slavers killed the slaves,

The dark lighting absolutely was not problematic for me. Now the pacing, scripting of the last 1.5 seasons, that was an embarrassment for a show that was probably the best spectacle TV ever before that. They really should have done one extra season to build up to the heel turn. It seemed like they just wanted to be

im with ya, sister.

I’m pretty sure the joke was supposed to be that all of the actors they listed *are* good singers, but it was a bad joke, awkwardly delivered. If you think about it - Jack Black has a Grammy. Ryan Gosling nominated for an Oscar for a musical and just charted with I’m Just Ken. Ariana Debose is Ariana Debose, but by

They are legally married.

Isn’t the Ariana DeBose joke irony? Like the whole point of it the opposite  and that she CAN sing?

They may even be actually married; they’ve referred to each other as husband and wife publicly, though that doesn’t necessarily mean anything.

Giamatti referencing the pic of him at In-N-Out is kind of great.

I love that this slide show complained that the someone should do more research about Ariana DeBose before making a joke of her not being able to sing, and then proceeded in the very next slide to refer to Keri Russel as Matthew Rhys’ “TV wife” and not his actual romantic partner of 9 years (and mother of his child).
