I agree with you. It 100% has to be intentional! They are leaning into the Star Wars of it all. 

This is a TV show that in many ways is radically divorced from reality. I doubt “how the premier league works” factors in how the writers room functions all that much.

The White Stripes cultivated the rumor themselves. They wanted to keep the focus on the music not them as a couple so they started the lie that they were brother and sister.

I was 10-years-old when Batman Forever came out. I saw it in the theater with my Dad and siblings. I fucking cherish that movie and nothing will ever change my mind.

Of those films Parasite was the only good one. It was “whiplash” that it won Best Picture and Best International Film. Totally unexpected even if it was truly delightful. 

I have read the book and absolutely loved it. Now I have to get the audio book! You had me at Jennifer Beals. 

I love Remember Me so much. I cry every time I listen to it. 

I agree with you about Man Men. To me, the quality never dipped. The character development and story is of the highest quality. I get something new every time I re-watch it. 

The one they have at Universal in the Harry Potter part of the park is totally gross. Choose the pumkin juice instead people! 

I agree. Lopez was the much more interesting choice for a terrific performance. I know everyone loves Meryl but I don’t need to see her nominated for everything she is in. 

Blonde is devastating. The opening sequence is interesting. Overall, I did not like the film. The entire point is that its not a biography its an artistic take on celebrity using MM as a prop for victimization which fundamentally doesn’t work. Meh.
