2006 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT.

the number of n00bs acting as if Jeep was forever an FCA holding is pretty funny

I voted CP for the price. A quick search found numerous unmodified examples with less miles and better shape for much less (under 8k).

Given that Fiat bought Chrysler Group LLC in 2011, where do you assume that a 2008 model year was FCA? In fact, there were no FCA designed products until about 2014. This jeep was designed by Daimler.

“Crack pipe. It’s still in running condition.”

Is there a comment of the day award for a comment that completely misses the point? What would $kaycog even post for that?

Show me one of these pictures, please? And keep in mind, we’re not talking about the location of reverse here. You may want to look at that picture again.

I’d be less inclined to fully pay attention if a car drove me around all day every day for months without issue.

See:

That’s the issue. Was it possible to avoid the pedestrian without defying the laws of physics? Ask anyone who has hit a deer if they saw it coming or could have in any way avoided it.

The point here isn’t “a human driver might have killed the pedestrian, too.”

I want to point out an irony of Meh Car Monday. It’s not a criticism, it’s just an observation. The last week’s Jeep thingy, I remembered renting one in Canada a few years ago, but after reading the article, I realized that I couldn’t tell which one of them that I rented. Since then, whenever I see one of them,

I think all of us who wrench have done something like this, for me it was while cleaning up after doing a timing belt change I picked up the box from the belt to throw out- it seemed a bit heavy- because the new belt was still in the box, I had re-installed the old belt- at least the nuts and bolts were easy to undo

Let’s do that with everything with a geeky fan base then???

Pass the eyebleach, and let us never speak of this again.

Grandass

It’s based on the Ford Fusion platform; what else could one reasonably expect?

I think at $2500 new, it’s not even pretending to.

GTs should be clicking off much faster 1/4 mile times than this.

The IRS has nothing to do with this. 2018 GTs are deep into the low 12s stock.

It’s kind of like the guy who runs a 15 second pass in a Lamborghini. It needs a driver mod.

This article is just to stir the bees nest, as it were. That’s what gets hits.

Wait what? 13.32 ? That seems slow. My 2013 Boss 302 will cilck off high twelves in the heat and on paper it should go 12.4
