It's perfectly understandable to me. The project demonstrates how the machines view human faces. They do not necessarily use the same features and landmarks that we do to recognize individuals, and it may also highlight certain aspects that we do use subconsciously.

IMO, maps should be in front of the drivers and easy to read with a quick glance towards top of the dash. When I use a GPS, it goes in front of me, not in the middle.
