The Switch Lite is a handsome looking piece of gear, but utterly pointless.  It is mind boggling that Nintendo put any resources toward developing this thing, as opposed to simply offering the normal unit without the dock, and dropping the price a bit beyond that.  For $200, the Switch Lite is not a good value,

Of all the issues I have with how the border is being run, I don’t know that mass deportations actually make my list. If an immigrant had their day in court, and an immigration judge ordered them to be deported, and they simply didn’t...  that hardly seems like the same situation as the rest of this mess.  Again, they

I like how the Democratic party can be like “Hey, we should use our taxes to pay for our own healthcare”, and Republicans are like “WHAT DID YOU SAY, VLADIMIR LENIN?!  YOU AND YOUR BUDDY STALIN ARE NUKING AMERICA?!”

Doing WHAT deliberately?   My entire point is that genetic tests can’t show you’re a member of a tribe.  That’d be like using DNA results to try to prove you’re a Christian.  The fact Warren’s DNA results show very little native blood mean nothing in terms of possible tribal status.

I’m not getting your meaning.  Genetic background doesn’t prove you are a member of a tribe.  Being a member of a tribe doesn’t mean you’ll have a specific genetic background.  I’m not sure how that amounts to conflating the two.

She was asked to take a DNA test to prove something, yes?

I have a 2015 Fiesta SE. Bought it at 36,000 miles, about to hit 82,000 miles. I feel extremely lucky to have not experienced any transmission weirdness in the 2 years I’ve had it.

I think you’re misunderstanding me.  The point is that you don’t have to be genetically native to be a member of a tribe.  You also don’t have to be a member of a tribe to be genetically native.  A DNA test doesn’t prove you are a member of any specific tribe, nor is being a member of a tribe something that can

Even so, the point is that she didn’t necessarily have to be admitted to a tribe, if someone in her family was made a member of a tribe some time back, then would not their descendants, regardless of DNA, be part of the tribe?  Maybe I’m completely incorrect about this.

You know, in regards to Elizabeth Warren claiming Native heritage, I thought indigenous people were generally against DNA tests, or blood quantum measurements, because being a member of a tribe doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with genetics.  Is it not the case that you could be accepted into a tribe, despite

AOC is wiping away tears, like a human being would, meanwhile all the Republican guys are wiping the perspiration from their brows with a handkerchief, breathing heavily, and trying to tuck their excitement under their belt to hide it.

Excuse me, those aren’t “gray trolls”, they are “red voters”.  Get it right.

Nintendo eventually made the 3DS a success at a time when it was looking like it was about to bomb. They are #1 in terms of knowing the handheld market and problem-solving. No one else even comes close.

Why on earth would you buy a Switch Pro? It’s going to share the same library and it’s going to be less powerful than a PS4 or Xbox One anyway...

I’m a parent, and this unit, while dapper looking, is bizarre and pointless. People that want a console can buy the normal Switch. People that want a handheld... can buy the normal Switch. Labo is for kids, and this isn’t compatible with Labo, so if your kids want Labo... buy the normal Switch.

I’m trying to figure out... who is this for?  People that want a handheld experience... which the regular Switch already offers?  It seems rather silly to save $100 buying a gimped version, when the normal version has vastly more functionality.

So if I’m reading this article correctly, real beef has fewer calories, less fat, less saturated fat, zero carbs, less sodium, and more protein?  And it probably costs less.  Impossible Burger indeed, it seems like that managed to drop the ball across the board.

The article mentions the Classic Chicken Sandwich, and honestly, while it isn’t exactly comparable to a Chick-Fil-A Sandwich, it also isn’t completely without comparison.  It does ring a certain similar note.

Dude *supposedly* has autism. People on the spectrum often times have a very difficult time getting a handle on the emotional or behavioral reality of a situation. They don’t necessarily understand the context facial expressions or body language, or the context in which statements are made. I’ve got a stepdaughter on

I mean, I’d hate to agree with the guy, but politics is absolutely grotesque in terms of attacking your opponent with complete fabrications.  I can unfortunately see a situation in which a 15 hour ride-along with a woman is thrown around as an affair.
