Fine, maybe New York City is a better place to live than New Orleans is, but that doesn't immediately put New Orleans on the same level as Cleveland and Orlando. Cleveland is just an atrocious place to live.

When I was in college (same as all of you, I assume) I almost never had a hangover. I may have had some pretty bad headaches, or something I thought was a hangover, but I was never actually hungover. It wasn't until New Year's eve/day, 2010, that I had my first ever real honest-to-god hangover. I was 25 years old.
