I forget how I figured the number out, but I surmised that Jimmy and Kim are probably supposed to be around 35 or so.

Jimmy typically never lied to Walter, as far as I remember. If he ever did, it was only to protect him. If Saul told him he had a second wife, he most likely did.

Out of curiosity, to any lawyers or law students reading this, how realistic was the courtroom aspect of this episode? Was there anything that you rolled your eyes at, or thought "this would never happen!"?

What if Chuck told Kim it was the only copy. Or refused to admit to a duplicate?

Someone pointed out in the comments, which jogged my memory, that the doctor told Jimmy that there was nothing wrong with Chuck last season (at least physically). I believe she also said the hospital bed he was laying in was plugged in.

I asked the same question. I figured that Kim and Jimmy would have already been prepared for a duplicate, and didn't need Chuck to confirm it last episode. On another note - what if Chuck didn't say to Kim that there was another copy? Would they have believed him?

I have a feeling we aren't going to see much more of Chuck. That ending shot kind of sealed the deal on that.
