I understand what you mean. I still kind of think that "bingo" was a little unnecessary. It was a good way to end an episode, but I really feel Chuck was going to play that tape and take the stand, no matter what.

I feel like Chuck was going to be there no matter what. It's obvious that Howard looks at him almost as a superior, rather than a partner. What Chuck says, goes.

I'm a little confused at the "bingo" part in last weeks episode. Can someone help explain why that was important? Was it only for them to be prepared that the tape would be played?
