Okay, breaking news: quickest way to the front of the line now is to do nothing and get in the normal line. You'll be able to tell which one it is immediately by looking for the shorter line populated by people with smug, shit-eating "I just saved money on ink and paper" looks on their faces.

@Slagathorian: Stand tall and shake the heavens...: All you ever have to do is tranquilize them. If something happens to them while they are knocked out, it is not considered your fault. Scenes like this, and when you are on the back of the motorcycle, are some of the trickiest to get no-kill.
