@crikerat: Agreed, I've been using Chrome predominantly since making the switch from Firefox and love the Awesome bar for it's integrated search.

@dandaman247: But, just to clarify, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

@talkingstove: Agreed. It would be waaay too good for Steve Jobs to release from his bowels...

@KamWrex: Agreed. Depends on the type of dump though, if it is a post-McDonalds then I want GTFO, if it's just a casual, relaxing "get away from the desk for a poo" poo then I'll whip out the phone/itouch and go at it for 30+ min.

@Hello Mister Walrus: I have a 4 year old Dell Ultrasharp 2007wfp that was made with same S-IPS panel found in the Cinema displays and I love it. I do a lot of picture/video editing and they really are worth it for those applications. I tried to edit some pictures on my second, larger TN LCD and the difference is

@A.Jaswal: Oh I mean...major motion picture cameras don't have AF. That's why you buy a follow focus or the like..."continuous AF in video" is really a consumer camcorder thing.

@A.Jaswal: First off I would wait on that 1Ds...it's going to be replaced very soon. And even if you don't want to splurge for it's replacement the current one will fall in price.

@LukeDukem: meh...too many zeros!! D5000, D3100, D7000...really? Canon stopped after the 1000D

Wait...is there continuous AF in video?

I'm not seeing Amazon...but my eyes are tired...

@ding-dang: Very well said, I loved it while it was on and enjoyed the last episode. But part of that enjoyment was simply because I didn't have to think about it anymore.

@8bitch: What were you missing? They are both great camera systems...

This looks 'shopped!

@Jello4Brains: That would be a great script. And I could not agree more.

@Slinkytech: This looks like a great camera, but I would definitely wait to see what Canon brings to the table. It will also give a chance for some of the major websites (Gizmodo, dpreview, etc) to write reviews on the D3100.

@talkingstove: oh, how I love that mark. I would never buy the ipad, but if I got one for free I would enjoy it.

@Adam Spano: Agreed, this seems quite trivial. I guess that is why they announced under the radar.

@adam.plante: I'd like to not be insulted...10x was an exaggeration...should have worded it differently.
