I went into an Alfa dealer legit to test drive one, they had one Alfa, base trim, which isn’t the one I would want. Was on the showroom floor and they acted like an act of congress would be required for a test drive. So I left. Oh well.

But if it comes from the same place, built by the same people, what difference does the decade we’re in make? Until Alfa, Ferrari or the like produce a car like this that doesn’t live in the shop, that scarlet letter will remain. As someone said before, it took Jaguar years to shake that rep.
